Returns & Refunds Policy

At Focal Point Artistry, we take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork and merchandise to ensure it arrives safely. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and damaged items.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help.

  • Reporting Period: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • How to Report: Please email focalpointartistry@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

Due to the custom and delicate nature of our work, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for “change of mind”:

  • Original Paintings: All original artworks (Wood, Canvas, Feathers) are final sale.

  • Commissioned Art: Custom pieces created specifically for you.

  • Sale Items: Any item marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”

  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Return Policy for Merchandise & Prints

For standard merchandise (puzzles, mugs, towels) and standard prints:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to large orders of prints.

4. Workshop Cancellations

For information on cancelling a workshop or school booking, please refer to our service policy:

  • 7 Days Notice: Required for a full refund of your deposit.

  • Less than 48 Hours: Deposits may be forfeited to cover preparation costs.

  • Weather/Illness: If we (Focal Point Artistry) must cancel due to weather or illness, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at focalpointartistry@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Pack the item securely (ideally in the original box).

  3. Ship the item to the address provided in our email response.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
